Qui Digital Labs LLC (“Qui Digital Labs,” “Qui,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a consumer software company based in Fort Lee, New Jersey that develops, operates, and manages software, applications, digital products, and related technology.

These Terms apply to the Qui Digital Labs corporate website.

Individual products developed or operated by Qui Digital Labs may be governed by separate terms, agreements, or policies. If separate terms apply to a particular product or service, those terms govern your use of that product or service.

2Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Qui Digital Labs, the Qui Digital Labs wordmark, the Q symbol, EloSpeak, and the EloSpeak wordmark are trademarks of Qui Digital Labs LLC. Other names and marks shown on the website belong to their respective owners (see section 16).

You may view and print pages of the website for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may make any other use the law permits, such as fair use. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Qui Digital Labs in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected website content.

Some content on the website is used under an open license and is credited where it appears, such as the recording of the word “key” on our home and company pages. That content is governed by its own license, and these Terms do not restrict your use of it under that license.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or a license to, any intellectual property belonging to Qui Digital Labs, except as stated in this section.

4Qui Digital Labs products

The website may provide information about products developed, owned, or operated by Qui Digital Labs, such as EloSpeak.

Access to or use of a particular product may be subject to separate terms of service, privacy policies, end-user agreements, platform requirements, subscription terms, or other applicable agreements. Apps distributed through an app store are also subject to that store’s terms.

These Terms do not replace product-specific terms.

EloSpeak is a practice tool, not medical care, and not a substitute for a licensed speech-language pathologist.

Qui Digital Labs does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

A link to a third-party service does not mean that we endorse it or are affiliated with it.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

We may modify, remove, or update website content at any time without notice.

Nothing on the website is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information about EloSpeak, speech practice, or stuttering is general information only.

EloSpeak is a practice tool, not medical care, and not a substitute for a licensed speech-language pathologist.

If you have questions about your speech or your health, please talk to a qualified professional, such as a licensed speech-language pathologist or your doctor.

8Plans and upcoming products

The website may occasionally discuss products, features, initiatives, or plans that are under development or contemplated for the future, such as an app in testing ahead of its release.

Such information reflects current intentions only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that any product, feature, service, release, or initiative will become available or will be released within a particular timeframe.

Plans may change without notice.

9Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

When changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page, show the date they were posted as the “Last updated” date, and show the date they take effect as the “Effective date.” Changes apply from the effective date forward and do not apply to any dispute that arose before it. If you continue to use the website after the effective date of revised Terms, the revised Terms apply to that use.

13Governing law and venue

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the corporate website, are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any such dispute will be brought only in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County or in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and you and Qui Digital Labs consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Qui Digital Labs concerning your use of the corporate website.

Separate products and services may be governed by additional agreements.

iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. Qui Digital Labs is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.

Other product and company names mentioned on the website may be trademarks of their respective owners.

17Messages and ideas you send us

We are glad to hear from you, but please do not send us confidential information or unsolicited ideas, proposals, or creative materials. If you do, we have no obligation to keep the ideas confidential or to compensate you for them, and we may already be working on something similar.

Personal information in your messages is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

18Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we check color contrast and keyboard use as we build it.
